Our International Air Ambulance Services team manages the entire process for you. Our Flight Coordinators schedule ground transportation and manage communications between facilities, doctors, case managers, admissions personnel, airport terminals, ambulances, caterers, and families. Our Medical Coordinator manages flight medical crews and insures that proper medical equipment and medications are available for your patient. Our Chief Pilot plans the flight path and manages the aircraft and crew preparation. Our Medical Director insures that your patient receives proper treatment during the transport. Our Insurance Specialist helps manage the paper work for you after your trip is completed. Our team makes your transport as peaceful as possible.

Our medical patient transportation aircraft include Learjets, King Air's, and Cessna's. Learjets include models Lear 36, Lear 35, Lear 25 and Lear 24. Learjet aircraft are the most comfortable and reliable corporate jets in the world as well as the fastest aircraft in the medical patient transportation industry. Our turbo-propeller aircraft are King Air's and our twin engine aircraft are Cessna's. 

We maintain a complete inventory of equipment and supplies to manage medical life flight patients. A partial list of supplies and equipment includes oxygen, ventilator, cardiac monitor/defibrillator, suction equipment, full ACLS drug complement, IV supplies, resuscitation equipment, FAA approved stretchers, AC inverters and much more.

Once patients arrive at the receiving facility, the air and ground patient transportation team escorts the patient directly to her room.

At International Air Ambulance Services, our goal is to help as many people as possible safely transfer their loved ones. There are significant opportunities to save dollars while still receiving our same world-class care and medical transportation service.  

Upon landing, the patient, family and medical air ambulances helicopters crew are transferred to the waiting ground ambulance to be escorted to the receiving facility.

We operate and maintain a fleet of aircraft to exacting FAA standards. As a result, we can manage the availability and repair of the aircraft so that we can respond immediately when you call.  Our reliability and safety record continues to be exceptional.  In addition, in-house maintenance lowers our costs and we pass these savings on to you with lower life flight prices.

The Medical Director for International Air Ambulance Services, is an FAA Medical Inspector with twenty two years of ACLS experience. Our Director developed and enforces strict protocols that exceed national standards. He will personally review your patient’s case and will provide specific protocols for your patient for air ambulance service ambulances.
