You all are a great Mid Atlantic air ambulance companies team. Just a little note with a very large Thank You. I wanted to thank everyone with your service for being so kind and understanding at a time of such stress. Thank you again. Due to their fine judgment my husband is doing fine.

International Air Ambulance Services has an active Quality Assurance Program. At the completion of each BC medical transportation flight, the transport team's flight notes are sent to the corporate office where the Medical Director and Medical Coordinator carefully review them. Any areas of concern are noted and discussed with the flight crew, as well as provided to the flight teams. In addition, an evaluation card is sent to the family after the flight, requesting them to evaluate our service and the care provided to the patient. This comprehensive Quality Assurance Program enables us to continually evaluate ourselves, and consequently maintain our highest level of service and care to our patients.

I want to thank you and your International Air Ambulance Services staff for your help in making our lives more enjoyable and fulfilling. Having Mom and Dad here in Sacramento has reduced my worry about them being in Battle Creek, Michigan alone. My wife and I see them often and have holiday celebrations with them throughout the year. This was all possible only with your Canada medical transportation help.

BC air ambulance is an aircraft that has been specially equipped with a flight stretcher, advanced life support equipment, medications and a highly trained medical staff to safely, efficiently, and quickly transport your loved one from one location to another.

For continuity of care, it is vital that our medical team starts and finishes the entire journey with your patient. Therefore, our Minnesota medical transportation team arrives at your patient's bedside at the start of the transfer. At the start, we are able to assess the patient before she ever leaves her bed. We also comfort her so that she is less anxious about the trip. At the end of the trip, we also travel with her by ground transportation to her bedside. At this time, we discuss the trip process with the receiving nurse so that she is aware of any issues the patient may have. In this way, your patient is assured the utmost in care.

All medical equipment and supplies are checked, prior to and after each Austrian air charter transport to assure proper maintenance and inventory on all medical equipment.
